Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern the Shreemati Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "we") and the associated Loyalty Program by invite for Dealer Spouse (the "Program"). The program is being run by Shree Cement Limited (“SCL”) in collaboration with a third party (“Service Provider”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If the Member does not agree to these Terms, they should refrain from using the Application.

1. Membership and Eligibility Criteria

Membership in the Program is by invitation only, and the Member must fulfill the eligibility criteria specified for enrollment. The eligibility criteria will be solely determined by the Company.

2. Point Accumulation and Redemption

Enrolled Members earn points for purchasing Shree Cement's products, and these points can be redeemed for gifts or rewards as determined by SCL.

3. Redemption Conditions

• Points redeemed will be automatically deducted from the Member's accumulated points.
• Redemption is subject to a minimum balance of points, as defined in the rewards catalog. SCL may change this minimum balance at its discretion without prior notice.

4. Membership Termination

Points cannot be accumulated or redeemed if the Membership is withdrawn, canceled, or subject to cancellation due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions by the Members or Facilitators.

5. Points Non-Transferable

The points issued to Members are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other Members in any form.

6. Ownership and Governance

The Nirman Mitra App/Website is owned and developed by Shree Cement Limited, and the Scheme's benefits, validity, and points' expiration are governed by SCL.

7. License and Use of the Application

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Application grants the Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

The Member's use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, stored, and used.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property rights.

10. Termination

The Application reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Member's access at its discretion without notice.

11. Disclaimers

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties or representations.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Application shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Application.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Process to Delete Account
